Fees and Charges

Please see below our Fee Packages for the Mt Nimmel Hall.  There are a range of competitively priced packages to suit all budgets.  Due to the Hall’s popularity, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please Note:

  1. A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve a date/time.
  2. All enquiries or bookings must be submitted using our form located on the Contacts page.
  3. Prices are current as of April 2023.  We reserve the right to change the fee structure as required.  

2023 Mt Nimmel Hall Fees

  • 4 hour hire (only for functions with a maximum of 25 people & no amplified dance music): $230 + GST
  • One day hire for functions with no more than 25 people (no amplified dance music): $450 + GST.
  • One day hire for functions with a maximum of 80 people (no amplified dance music): $600 + GST.
  • One day hire for functions with a maximum of 80 people (with moderate amplified dance music): $1,000 + GST

  • Wedding rental package (includes a set up day and pack down day): $1,800 + GST

     

  • Charges for damages, breakages or services required beyond the normal event hire rate are the responsibility of the event holders.

  • Mt Nimmel Hall holds no responsibility or liability of loss or any damages beyond hire terms.
